300TB of data. Dropbox and Google are dead to me. Next options. Cloud? Tape? NAS?

  • If it's for archives and retrieval is rare and not time-critical, I'd look into amazon S3 with Storage Class DEEPARCHIVE. It's the cheapest cloud storage.

    However, tape may still be the better solution long-term.
