Steuern werden auf dein Jahresgehalt berechnet. Das macht also keinen Unterschied. Ggf. ist dein Abschlag bei 13 Gehältern nicht 100% passig - aber das holst du dir dann in der Steuererklärung wieder.

Trotzdem sind 12 Gehälter aus anderen Gründen besser. Einige Sozialleistungen werden immer vom Grundgehalt (kein Boni, kein 13. Gehalt, ...) aus berechnet. Z.B. Elterngeld. Da kommst du dann besser mit weg.

That's how I understood it. There is maybe a way to blacklist everything (like using a wildcard) or disable federation? I don't know. Maybe I will try to run my own personal instance just to learn how it works :)

Do they need to approve each and every instance manually? I thought it would happen automatically as soon as someone is trying to subscribe to a "channel" of another instance. No?
