It would be great if Plasma gets a kiosk mode option some day, that seems right up KDE's alley as far as the "simple by default, powerful when needed" philosophy goes.
I'm blaming Hexbear.net no matter who wins
I'm in a similar position. I'd love to go back to school for a number of reasons, but I just cannot get to the point of committing to doing so since I strongly suspect that it will mentally annihilate me. And in the end, I will just have quit a decent job, lost a shit ton of money and what's left of my self-confidence and hope after flunking/dropping out from the stress.
I think in my case it has to at least partially just be self doubt and a fear of failure, and who knows maybe the structure and routine of living on campus would actually help, but I just don't know.
Has anyone had a notably positive or at least unexpectedly tolerable experience in postsecondary school and have some tips/info about it?

to me absurdism isn't so much about looking at existential meaningless light-heartedly as it is about reconciling with the notion of it—by spitting in the face of the universe's cruel indifference and arbitrarily inventing personal meaning.
it's like aiming to live a life that you alone feel is purposeful just because you can, in spite of the will of any higher power or lack thereof that tries to rob you of it.

Blackwake. Super fun and unique team gameplay if you're lucky enough to join a server that isnt overrun with toxic gamers. or if you're lucky enough to play at all, since the game has been abandoned for a few years now and it's pretty much dead in terms of playercount. In my opinion though, it could've grown to become a truly incredible and timeless game if it weren't abandoned by the developer and left proprietary in an unfinished state so fans can't pick up development.
also, the sponsorblock addon works on mobile and there is an addon that allows videos to play in the background if you need that. i haven't tested this with youtube music in the browser but i wouldn't be surprised if it also worked.
pipepipe and rimusic is what i use. youtube in the browser is fine too, if you disable that "open in the youtube app" popup (firefox for android with ublock origin addon is what i use, although i have experienced some regressions with the ad-blocker not working after youtube updates something, but ublock is usually on top of it and fixes stuff quickly).

love this one. i'm really impressed with his consistent level of quality on all of these original songs, especially considering how fundamentally simple they are musically.
him recording banger after banger on his phone in the forest with nothing but a guitar and sometimes a harmonica while droves of industry plants churn out highly-produced slop in a vain attempt to make as many viral tiktok sound bites as possible is a prime example of the fact that good art comes from lots of passion and practice, not from access to expensive professional tools and resources.
