Not sure about Twitter, but I checked last night and these are the same permissions as Instagram.
You can also download the true original DOS version, or run it emulated in a browser. HTML5 is probably smoother though.
I don't think it's BS necessarily - I saw the exact same number they reported earlier in the day. I just don't think that number is as consistent or meaningful as the author thinks it is.
I saw the result with 227 million earlier, but I just checked again and now it's 648 million. Odd.
I'd be shocked if people haven't already lost fingers this weekend. I just read an article that listed off a few incidents including a guy who took a mortar to the face, and two people being rushed to the hospital after causing a large enough explosion that their house was condemned.
