[Post-Match Thread] Arsenal F.C. vs. Southampton F.C.
  • I loved the response to going down and the result. But until they scored it felt like we were stuck in patterns from the past.

Saka with a monster game. They double-teamed him and he still had such a huge impact.

  • [✅️FT] Arsenal 4-2 Leicester City
  • Strategy. Keep 'em guessing that he's going near post, then cut back and fire it far.

Honestly, I think there's more focus from the defenders to put him wide because the cut back is so dangerous, and he doesn't cross with his right as much. I don't expect any goals from that, normally.

  • I just want some consistency, from minute 1, on those cards. But since they aren't consistent, we keep getting screwed, and everyone else gets off.

A point is a good result. We just have to stop getting cards.

  • [Post-Match Thread] Aston Villa v.s. Arsenal F.C.
  • I hoped we would start the season just like we ended and improve from there.

This result shows we have improved in some ways. I was pretty nervous for a lot of the game, but Raya and Trossard really made the difference today.

  • Cops ticketing a cyclist while two trucks block the bike lanes and the cops don't care 😡
  • Just because the trucks are wrong doesn't mean the cyclist wasn't wrong too. I feel that going with the pedestrian signal, unless you want to walk your bike, creates a hazard for pedestrians. And just like cars, you don't get to decide on a red to just drive through because nobody's walking your way.
