What are the best movies to come out of your country, that are not in the English language?
  • Slim Susie a swedish redneck gangster movie

The seventh seal. Bergmans master piece, historical fantasy

Fanny and Alexander. Also Bergman, also a masterpiece. Period dram about two siblingsa, is available both as a movie and a mini series, the mini series is of course longer, but the version I recommend, since it's easier to take breaks, it's awesome, but it's pretty dark

  • stacked
  • No, it comes in a plastic lined cardboard box with a screw on lid 😛

  • 28 Years Later: Danny Boyle’s New Zombie Flick Was Shot on an iPhone 15
  • The first in the series, 28 Days Later, came out in 2002 actually

  • How old is the oldest building in the town you live in?
  • In the city I live in, the oldest building is from ~1280. It was rebuilt quite a bit in 1767 though. It has housed restaurants since the 1930s. I pass it every day almost on my lunch walk :)

  • Wolf corgi
  • The name is actually just "herding dog" but in Swedish. It's kind of weird to not translate it since it's just a compound word, not a "name".

  • Til
  • There was one in 2008 actually. But it isn't very good, not that the original is some masterpiece either OTOH. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knight_Rider_(2008_TV_series)?wprov=sfla1

  • Seriously this is a joke. Do NOT try this
  • Don't tell me what to do!

  • The Evil Design of Japan's Death Penalty
  • Yep, I know. I've tried to figure out a sound reasoning about this. I do not approve of cruel punishments. Living with the knowledge of the pain you caused is a good punishment . Death is an easy out, never said anything about torture, I don't approve of that.

  • The Evil Design of Japan's Death Penalty
  • Death penalty is always going to be a hard no for me. No one deserves to be stripped of the right to exist. Also, for some crimes, death penalty is too mild... great video non the less, learned something today, thanks for sharing it!

  • What's A Piece Of Software You Could Never Do Without?
  • Something something butterflies . Xkcd is always relevant!

  • My debugging experience today: Quantum Debugging
  • I had a bug like that today . A system showed 404, but about 50% of the time. Turns out I had two vhosts with the same name, and it hit them roughly evenly 😃

  • What are you looking forward to this week?
  • Me and the SO is going on a two day cruise, where 40 metal bands play. We even splurged on a fancy cabin with a queen size bed. Going to be so much fun!

  • Who would win, all the lions or all the bees?
  • Lol yes, wrong post haha

  • Who would win, all the lions or all the bees?
  • Me and the SO is going on a two day cruise, where 40 metal bands play. We even splurged on a fancy cabin with a queen size bed. Going to be so much fun!

  • OK.
  • Easy, it's because it is much hotter. Silly sceince people

  • "Now everyone will have an easy reference table at hand!"
  • Have you read that article about a fucking professor that couldn't solve their kids homework? We've gone too far in the other direction, haha

    Edit2: Found it!😃😃😃😃

  • Shein Is Suing Temu For Copyright Infringement
  • [Spiderman pointing at spiderman meme]

  • I respect it when I hear someone clearly attempting a word they've only seen written
  • Uuu, how is hyperbole pronounced? Asking for a friend

  • The look of betrayal
  • The cats can have a little bit of tuna, as a treat

  • I think it's time to give the bike it's first bath!

Did some dirt road riding. It was more of a set of tracks next to a field to be honest. It's sooo hard to take it easy, since it's still in the breaking in period, but I'm careful. Only ridden like 400km since I brought it home, due to the weather. Ain't she perdy? 😃 !

    First ride of the year!

Rode my brand new Moto Guzzi V85TT Travel '22 home from the dealer yesterday. It was around 0°C. I'm very glad my new bike has heated grips 😃. The visor got so cold that my breath caused perspiration on the pinlock. But now it's home, finally! Bought it in November.

    I love my chonker

Dino is a big guy, but he was more obese when we got him. Slowly moving to a healthy weight. But there's a long way to go. He's physically large as well, he's just big boned! Carrying him is like carrying a human baby lol

My bike and my friends bike, outside a rural restaurant

Mine's the Harley Sportster, my friend rides the Yamaha MT09. Pizzas were had, too many mosquitoes to sit outside unfortunately.

    [I ate] Francesinha

Francesinha is a Portuguese sandwich, originally from Porto, made with layers of toasted bread and assorted hot meats such as roast, steak, wet-cured ham, linguiça, or chipolata over which sliced cheese is melted by the ladling of a near-boiling tomato-and-beer sauce called molho de francesinha.
