  • This might be hard for you to understand, but history also goes back before 2001. Yes Hamas are terrorists, but they only exist because of Israel's even worse terrorism over the last 75 years.

  • I can't think of anything more specifically "reddit brain" than lumping Ajit Pai in with Hitler and of the hundreds of school shootings including the one shooter that happened to be trans.

  • Sync has been updated

  • It's real fucking reddit brain to group all of these people together as equally bad.

  • Man on crypto themed instance has dumbass take, more news at 10.

  • You're wasting your time, they aggressively have refused to acknowledge that history extends before October 7th, 2023.

  • I've been interviewed on TV and radio a few times and have been recognized in public a few times because of it and it absolutely hated it. I couldn't imagine being an actual public figure.

  • We really are just speedrunning a redo of the early 2000s with a couple of names changed.

  • I can't comprehend how someone can be able to self host something but not able to find literally the first configurable option on the "home" settings page.

  • He's Teamsters, I don't think you have to tell them to fight dirty lol

  • Btw, hate crimes against Arabs are also antisemitism, as by definition both Jews and Arabs are Semites, so I'm not sure how useful this word is in the context of the current conflict.

This is just wrong. Antisemitism has alway exclusively meant hating Jews.

Due to the root word Semite, the term is prone to being invoked as a misnomer by those who interpret it as referring to racist hatred directed at all "Semitic people" (i.e., those who speak Semitic languages, such as Arabs, Assyrians, and Arameans). This usage is erroneous; the compound word antisemitismus (lit. 'antisemitism') was first used in print in Germany in 1879[17] as a "scientific-sounding term" for Judenhass (lit. 'Jew-hatred'),[18][19][20][21][22] and it has since been used to refer to anti-Jewish sentiment alone.[18][23][24]

  • The top line says "Battle of Al-Aqsa flood 10/7/23" but if you translate the rest of what's on that page its just the day of the week and date in each square. The IDF propagandist explicitly claims in the video that it is a guard shift list with people's names on it which is a blatant lie.

  • Ukraine's problem with far-right nationalist militias was openly talked about in western media before the Russian invasion

    https://thehill.com/policy/defense/380483-congress-bans-arms-to-controversial-ukrainian-militia-linked-to-neo-nazis/

Putin's claim that he's invading to "de-nazify" Ukraine is obviously nonsense since Wagner was literally named for Hitler's favorite composer but to pretend they don't have a neo-nazi problem is just ignoring reality.

  • By then GNU/Hurd will be ready lmao

  • It falls apart while watching the video if you're not an idiot.

  • There's also that video of a "nurse" in perfectly clean scurbs with an Israeli accent that none of the real staff had ever seen before crying that Hamas had taken over the hospital.

  • Yes lol. Apparently a terrorist militia command center is less well armed than a random house in Arizona. If you watch this video and are convinced by it, I have a bridge to sell you.
