Food Trucks are the best way to get great & affordable food in the US.
I, personally.. always head to the area with the most food trucks when I go to a big city. It's where things be happenin', baby!!!
...as far as small to middle sized Midwestern towns, they are often the best places to find food for hundreds of miles. It's all "word of mouth" too. So if it's good, you'll make bank. If it's bad, goodbye. No 'Yelp' necessary.
You learn to trust the food trucks when you travel.

No, it's a double edged sword, it is.
on the other hand it would be kind of funny if having pictures of bald eagles and us flags and pro trump memes on your phone made la migra care more about the immigrants they are deporting.
Again, no. I only have so much room on my phone for corny-ass-mostly-lazy-spoiled-shits; mainly cats.

That's the thing, looking back...it's easy to compare those types of shows against everything better that came before. However, at the time; it was just new material. I go into these situations with low expectations so as not to be disappointed.
They can't all be zingers, right?
Edit: after re-reading this in a more enlightened state (1 day older & a bit less intoxicated), I've come to a better conclusion...
We generally look back and only remember the best & worst things. Mediocre or "it was okay" get forgotten.
The shoulders or taint of the giants on which we stand get left behind.
Just turn the printer upside down, dummy!
