This may not be sound advice, but I binge audiobooks a lot. An extra big lot in between hobbies. Pairs nicely with mindless productive activities, such as housekeeping.
Also get hobbies. Lot's of them, so you can switch when/if you loose interest. Maybe write a poem about the daily grind and go from there? Really convey that hate. That usually ignites other impulses for me when all is shit. 💁♂️
It's an aquired taste.
Also it doesn't have to be from enemies.
Some prefer grovbrød with brunost.
To do or not to do. That is the question.
I used to immerse myself in the depths of the burning eye in the sky all the time as a kid. Stared for minutes on end. May have some permanent eye damage, but I also used to press fingers into my eyeballs at night to see the blobiverse, and gazed into the perfect red of my laser pointers. I was a dumb kid. Still am at 35. Though my hearing is perfect.
Having grown up north of the arctic circle, this is a common fact of life. In mid summer, the sun never completely sets before it rises again. Blows my mind that this change are too subtle to notice closer to the equator.
Makes sense. I take 30 mg methylphenidate depots which I find quite mild in regards to appetite repression. Though I guess some may be on more severe medications or/and at higher doeses.
Ah, yes. The Tea. I drink a lot of tea when I try to cut my coffee intake. It's quite sour and can be hard on an empty stomage. Even more so than coffee. I recommend an accid reducing supplement. When I tea-binge, I drink sodium bicarbonate dilluted in water. Because I've vomited multiple times after my morning gallon of tea.
Original video assets from a studio has multiple audio tracks, but they are transcoded down to a single audio track before distribution to the end user. Sorry.
You could do some fancy editing, or maybe you can use machine learning somehow.
But removing the laugh track really messes with the comedic timing.
Do you drink coffee? And have you tried a day without?
I love coffee, but it fucks me up if I drink it before my first intake of food.
Though I keep doing it. And then some nicotine to seal the deal.
Good luck.
I listen to audiobooks to dispell my own thought.
Few protections, but high wages in the tech industry has gone a long way in keeping the US tech workforce fat and content.
Big media companies are made up of people. Even the best journalists are prone to making mistakes. Sensationalist stories should always be read at an arms length. And even some respectable news organisations hire viral copywriters to generate ad-views. Don't read that shit.
But do read news from real journalistic publishers with a professional principal editor. Don't fall into the deep end conpiracy snuff trap.
