The only one I've not played through all the way is death of the outsider (oh and I never finished deathloop but got what I wanted out of it).

I wonder what playing deathloop feels like this close to playing the actual dishonoured games.

I just downloaded Deaths Door on gamepass as I'm about to go away for a few weeks and didn't want to start anything story heavy. It's pretty straightforward and the art style is great. It's basically Tunic without needing to think about anything.

Interesting. In the UK (at least when I was growing up, I haven't lived there for some time) we called doing up shit cars as Barry-ing them. I know in other parts of the country they used the name Ned or Kev to refer to the people that drove those cars.

I remember showing rubberjohnny to people to see how they reacted. Man that shit was freaky back in the day.

i'm starting to think this wasn't a serious question and i've been suckered into a troll post.

I was suggesting that there would be deep trauma and he'd associate the word (amoung other things) with his father. Not necessarily race.

He "turned white" because he had early onset vitiligo. It's why he wore the white glove early on, to hide his skin on his hand.

I get the feeling his father probably screamed it at him and his brothers while beating them throughout their young and young adult life. So that might have dissuaded usage.

I paid for youtube premium which not only gets rid of ads, but gives you access to the youtube music app. I got rid of Spotify because of that and end up paying less money for more functionality.

Thank goodness. I always find precedural generations so devoid of character. And if a star wars game should have anything at all, it should have unique environments that feel like they belong in universe.

I think once there is enough info on lemmy it'll just get to the point where the searches will bring up the information you need.

I feel like if I'm searching on Google I want it to take me to the most relevant source of information even if that still is reddit. It won't always be. But it is still right now.

Noclip is such a good channel. I remember watching the one on Arcane and how difficult it was to make dishonoured 2 due to the first one's acclaim. Such well made docs.
