It's both because homeopathic remedies are pretty much useless and the people that make them have no business being anywhere near things people put in their bodies.
The people in charge of testing for contamination have no idea what they are doing. I have a limited view of this, but from what I've seen they don't know what they need to test for. They don't have proper procedures in place of they get a positive test. Lastly they don't seem to have proper monitoring of their facilities to begin with.
Having everything within reach for a task is a good point. I would also recommend assigning places for everything. If you are using something, it only goes in its place when done, immediately.
I would recommend setting alarms for specific things. I've heard good things about The Heroe's Journal for habit forming and getting things done. It can help you gamify things. I believe there are some free apps that help you gamify these things as well.
It's 100% intentional because the government and military of Israel want to be viewed as synonymous with Jewish people. Its their justification for calling anti Israel sentiments anti-Semitic.
Cider is two things. Hot cider is specifically a spiced apple juice, served hot. Cider also refers to alcoholic cider made from fruits, usual apples. If you go to a bar and ask for a cider in the States you will not receive hot cider.
I work in quality and it wouldn't surprise me if the manufacturers simply have a skeleton of a quality system in place. It furthermore wouldn't surprise me if they knew about this or if the lab they are using is falsifying reports. Heads are going to roll and it won't be the people in charge of the companies.
