I guess there's a collector out there for just about everything.

Tarantino knows what he likes, I guess.

  • How is Nintendo going to feed its family now?

  • The Monterey Bay Aquarium otters are my favorite.

  • There are a lot of long nature videos on youtube meant for this purpose - some with relaxing music, some without. I'll occasionally play one on a TV when I know I'm going to be bouncing around the house all day, and it's nice.

I don't know of any actual livestreams like that, but some zoos have livestreams of their aquariums or exhibits that are cool too.

  • He always had Caesar's back.

  • It's just such a specific and interesting thing to decide to collect. Very cool!

  • Ok, I'll put Akira on my list...

  • For sure. I bet there's a substantial number of people who only know of it from the references and haven't seen the show.

  • Could it mean "this changes everything!"?

As in, a fancy way of saying we've truly entered a new age? I'm trying to think of a modern equivalent but am drawing a blank.

  • I'd like to hear more about this collection...

  • I honestly have no idea where this originated, but it looks like it's been everywhere, has t-shirts and posters, etc.

  • Including arguably the most famous episode!

  • Also, fun fact for the other Trekkies on here: the main character in this episode was William Shatner.

"This is the gradient of western Kansas."

    -Rainbolt, probably.

  • I nearly dropped this in c/mildlyinteresting, but I also thought it was too cool.

  • Yeah, the conspiracy-prone side of the internet has a lot of overlap between people who believe stuff about "the Jews" and also constantly talk about elite pedo rings (e.g. Pizzagate). They've really latched on to the Epstein case because it's the closest thing to a smoking gun for the latter.

These people are very angry at the Trump administration right now, so it makes sense to assume that's the profile of the hacker.
