Palestine Solidarity Group Rejects Prize From Danish Red-Greens Over Political Demands
The leadership of the Red-Green Alliance, the furthest left you can get in Danish parliamentary politics, is facing internal backlash after imposing last-minute political conditions on a Palestine solidarity group due to receive the party’s annual activism award. The group, Alle På Gaden for et Frit Palæstina (APG), refused the prize, accusing the party of censorship and abandoning its democratic values.
The so-called Grassroots Prize was to be awarded at the party’s annual congress. But on the eve of the ceremony, the Red-Greens’ Executive Committee issued conditions including:
No mentioning of topics debated at the congress in the acceptance speech
No representatives receiving the pize must have refused to denounce Hamas in the media;
The money should be paid to an account with financial links to International Forum, an independent NGO targeted by right-wing media
Prize money must only be used for demonstration-related expenses.
APG declined the prize, calling the demands “undemocratic.” “We do not wish to associate with a party that does not allow free speech or open debate,” the group stated on social media.
I think we can be pretty sure China is there to gather intelligence on US military activity. Observing American and zionist terror attacks against Iran can generate valuable intelligence to help China defend itself against similar attacks.
I would hope China shares some intelligence with Iran. China does not have allies but it is in their interest that Iran wins this war. The Americans themselves have also made a precedent by openly supplying intelligence to the Kiev regime while still insisting not to be part of the conflict. One shouldn't put too much hope in Washington being morally consistent though.
A set of cheap diamond sharpening stones and a leather strop. Spend an afternoon learning to use them and you will have razor-sharp knives for the rest of your life, making cooking much more enjoyable.
A set of big-ass steel tweezers. They are brilliant for moving around hot food precisely.
Neoliberal Clown Car News: Danish Foreign Minister Caught Trying To Bribe MP To Hush Up Underage Sex Scandal
Lars Løkke Rasmussen, the powerful leader of Denmark's neoliberal "Moderate Party" and head of the nation's Moderate Party-controlled ministry of Foreign Affairs, is currently embroiled in a yet another remarkable scandal. A clandestine recording, captures Rasmussen offering a substantial cash payment to his own party member, MP Mike Fonseca, to quietly vacate his parliamentary seat and hand it to a party-loyal substitute. In doing so, Fonseca would be replaced by a loyal party substitute, preserving the fragile majority of the right-wing regime of which the Moderate Party is part.
Danish Red-Greens Back Militarism: "Global Disarmament" Through More Bombs
At its recent party congress, Denmark’s Red-Green Alliance, the furthest left you get in the Nordic hermit kingdom's parliamentary politics, approved a defense policy endorsing the Social Democrat-led right-wing regime's plans for massive military buildup.
I have thought about the docks myself. Destroying docks would disrupt military logistics as well as cause significant economic disruption, incentivising settlers to leave Palestine and go back to safety in their home countries.
I don't know how easy it is to cause enough lasting and effective damage to modern docks with missiles though. I would imagine that they are more spread out than other types of targets.
Historical accuracy or not, if the purpose of the parade was to inspire patriotic fervor at home and display menacing military power abroad it failed to do either.
If we assume that wars are ultimately won by the side with the greatest industrial capacity, how is the Iran-zionist war going?
The illegal zionist entity is a fascist militarised society and enjoy western backing. Arms exports made up a large part of their economy, at least pre-war. I would imagine they would have a non-neglible military-industrial complex. Western support also means that the industrial capabilities of the west are also, at least to some extent, part of the zionist war effort.
I don't know much about the Iranian economy or Iranian manufacturing but they have suffered under western economic warfare for decades. They have managed to be very innovative in drone and missile tech and have built large stockpiles which indicates serious capacity.
Are there any good comparisons of the economic sides of this war?
Outdoor cats have been cancelled, try an *outpour cat *instead who will talk to you for hours about it's feelings and anxieties.
The house cat is a relic of a bygone era. Nobody can afford a house any more. Choose a room cat instead. These cats are smaller and more lazy, better adopted to the optimized living spaces of the modern rental housing market.
Kitty cats represents problematic and outdated feline ideals centered on passivity and seeking external validation for their cuteness. Modern cat enthusiasts prefer the more independent, more confident shitty cat who will swear, smoke and tell you to fuck off.
Good. His dad probably deserved it
