Good news: I’m seeing actual vocal support for Palestinians and acknowledgement of the genocide from average people. Bad News: I’m hearing actual anti-semitism now

Not some 300th degree of abstraction where you have to trace constellations to land on some vague anti-semitic idea.

I’ve had several instances in the past few weeks in which I’ve spoken to otherwise politically oblivious people and heard actual condemnation of the genocide. Followed up with the conflation of Israel with Jews, ascribing all the awful shit the piece of shit country to Jews in general.

Who could have possibly seen this coming?
