First of all, I don't have answers but I do have a hug if you want it. 
As for those 5 bad days, as someone who has been riding the depression/audhd train for a long time, all I can offer is that you have to expect them. Like when you wake up and it's that shitty day, acknowledge it. Tell yourself "ok, today is one of those truly shitty days. I'm gonna hate everything today". Sometimes that makes it easier to remember that it will end eventually and even if not it can at least help you remember to give yourself some grace that day.
I know that isn't much but I know that there are no real solutions.
Sadly, the FDA shut down that loophole about a year ago. You could probably still find them somewhere online, but buying fish tank antibiotics from Chewy, for example, is no longer a thing.
Disabling call waiting so you can use dial-up. 5 1/4" floppy disks with Number Munchers and other Apple iie games in a lovely shades of green. All metal playgrounds. Rotary phones. TVs with knobs instead of buttons. Yep, I'm old enough for the club 🧓

Yeah its fucking insane. They're posting the lists of users banned and the reason why. Mine was for being a "transphobe with reactionary voting patterns" lmao because I think its stupid that there is a circlejerk post every single day by the same user that says I LOVE MY TRANS COMRADES. Mods said they would use this same process to start rooting out ableism, misogyny, and sexism now too. And damn, they really hate stupidpol over there.
