Yes, as I said wear a mask and preferably isolate if you are sick

Vaccines are available and (reasonably) effective, at least at preventing severe outcomes. Still take precautions when you know you will be around high risk individuals (hospitals, immunocompromised friends and family members, etc) and isolate if you are sick. Outside of that there isn't a need to wear a mask constantly anymore.
