It was like an 80s wedding, the chicken or the beef lol. 2 of us had one and 2 had the other.
I had 2 steaks leftover from yesterday's BBQ, which I cooked up for the Minipeelers, and some leftover pasta which Mr P and I ate.

I made creamed celery and had it on toast, which I hadn't had for a long while. Kids used their pocket money to bribe me into getting them McDonalds.
I've just got the 4 hot sauces, but I've got too many other different sauces like hoisin, plum, oyster, lemon, char siu, several BBQ.. I think it was comedian Paul Livingston as Flacco who said in an interview that sauce is the 6th food group. Certainly is in my house!

I'm watching for the entertainment. Whether it's good or bad I'm always entertained regardless. I've heard Tina Arena will perform a song or two with Katy Perry and I want to see that.
Simple tonight, mash and vegetables with either steak or chicken sausages.
Laundry, made more waffles, more laundry, tidied up a bit. Gotta nip out and grab some shopping. Lament the loss of wages from not working today (cries in casual worker whose boss would rather shut the business than pay anyone extra for working) Nothing major.

Sounds like you've got a lot of the past to let go of. Speaking as someone who dragged the past around like an anchor for far too long. Even if you were to go overseas, you can't escape from you. I hope you can one day find a way to let go of it.

Was given the day off today (didn't want it, or tomorrow, but we're quiet ATM) so I thought I'd make the best of it by using uneaten strawberries to make jam. It's still cooling but it seems ok. Also waffles
Red 1988 Corolla sedan, unglamorous and reliable. It was economical to run and never gave us any trouble. When I (amicably) split up with that ex he bought out my share (I needed the money and he needed the car). As his first "I'm single now so I might go on a trip" activity, he decided to go to Mallacoota and Gipsy Point and chill out. On the highway near Genoa Peak a wombat waddled out onto the road, he hit it and totalled the car and the wombat walked away! He was thankfully uninjured.
