US citizens are obligated to enter the US on their US passport. They are also obligated to file taxes regardless of where they live. As a US citizen, you could be living on Mars for your whole life and still have to file US taxes.

You also have what, 6 years of back taxes to file? You should find a CPA with knowledge us US/German tax laws to prepare that for you. There may be treaties in place.

Most accidents are pilot error, and pilots with a personal license do not typically have nearly as much training as a commercial pilot.

Some of them trash used gear that doesn’t sell. I got 3 full Kia Souls worth of used tents that just had rips or a missing rain fly for free to distro from one such store. This particular avenue is more likely if you are working with a group that can give a tax deductable credit to the store for their donation

Thanks for your message - really appreciate the links as well. It will be -13 feeling like -23 with the windchill over the next few days. Here it will often be wet and cold rather than soft snow and cold so there is definitely a hypothermia/frostbite concern. I'll call up the shelters in the morning and see what would be most helpful; i will pick up some wool blankets if they have no particular preference.

I would appreciate it if a friend spent time with me or took me out for food and drinks. You could also get their favorite snack or a gift card to their favorite coffee shop or store.

I was thinking of this but we unfortunately live quite far apart. I hate to say this but I don't know their favourite snack or store. They're a friend from college so I know their go to places to eat but it's mostly student type food (all you can eat sushi, burritos, etc)

north americans aren't "allowed" to criticise israel because that criticism gets confused for being anti-semitic and people risk losing their jobs and israel is meant to be a US ally, it's really awful that people can't call out another country's shitty behaviour. People should be able to criticise the Israeli govt, the CCP, the saudi government's treatment of people terrible without fear of repercussion

they're meant to be a main ally in the middle east for the US
