NextMilk! My partner is a picky eater but miraculously will consume NextMilk with cereal. It also works great for baking and cooking. We've stopped buying cow milk completely.
Again, the Commons podcast did an episode on this. Highly recommend listening to the entire season on monopolies.
Except in a lot of places there's no option to switch to an independent clinic. In my area, you're lucky to even have a vet in the first place. With the exception of one clinic that only deals with cats and another clinic with a questionable vet, all other clinics in my city are owned by the same company!
Because he's really smart, it's important that, in addition to physical exercise, he get mental exercise as well!
Gorgeous eyes!

I use "Desktop site" mode and just zoom in lol
Is Metro any better though?
This is so neat! Skunk smell is such an iconic, well known, horrendous animal smell in North America. I've never considered someone would not know what it smells like!
After looking at some images, my guess is a type of Buprestid larva
My initial thought is some sort of woodboring beetle larva
Clearly you are thorough / critical though. People nowadays see something on Facebook or Youtube and just take it as fact.
These videos were really interesting and I really enjoyed the way he presented it. I'm looking forward to whatever he puts out next!
I don't know if this counts, but Lin-Manuel Miranda as Hamilton. He was just not as strong as everyone else and it was pretty jarring.
All I could see was King Louie from Jungle Book lol
I had never played any Mass Effect games before playing Outer Worlds. I loved the companion aspect of that game, but it was a pretty short, small game. So when I played Mass Effect, I was blown away. I don't have the same complaints people had for Mass Effect 3, because my experience was with the legendary edition. Yeah, the 2000 Space Odyssey ending was weird but it didn't ruin the whole trilogy. I'm now playing Andromeda and sadly not enjoying the companions as much. Hopefully that changes as I progress through the game.
Well, that's ridiculous! I imagine there are similar stories for other communities as well which ends up with a bunch of fragmentation.
I think part of the issue is there's multiple communities on different instances for the same topic. I'm subscribed to like 4 different movie communities. If we all just stuck to one, maybe there would be better engagement?
Immediately what I thought of!
Voters are begging for something, anything, different
No mention of the NDP. If only that was the "something different" people were willing to try.
In reference to the last post on temperature blankets. This is my temperature blanket for the year 2022. I didn't want it to be a giant blanket so what I did was took the average temperature over two days for each row. It ended up being a bit smaller than a throw blanket. It's also evident that my tension got looser over time which made it come out pretty wonky. Overall I think it turned out pretty nice!
True crime podcast Invisible Choir is assisting in an investigation to find out who is responsible for child abuse and exploitation. They're asking anyone with information to submit a tip.
Is there a way to hide posts? I have slight arachnophobia and want to be able to hide posts when they contain spiders without having to block a community or a user.
