He would have won in the general. The primary is not reflective of the general electorate. This is the whole point.
All of these can be true simultaneously:
- Voting for Kamala was 100% the right thing to do, and
- The Democrats, including Kamala Harris, have a fucking horrible right-wing platform
- The Democrat party needs to be thoroughly dismantled in favor of an actual leftist party
a bunch of centralized platforms?
This is what decentralized means. If your home instance goes to shit, you can just move your account to another one.
You have to be, like, better at math to do that though?
I think maybe we just disagree with how you're using "deserved".
If I have to use violence on someone, I am sad that the situation is such that I have to do so, and I wish it weren't so.
No one "deserves" pain.
Sometimes you have to apply harm to stop greater harm, but the concept of "deserving" harm is disgusting.
Not everyone voted for Trump, but even so, people don't deserve pain just because they're bad.
Stop this puritanical bs.
You could also come over to Illinois. It's shaping up to be a stronhold for the Trump resistance as well.
The graph's existence implies it's own validity, so even with a disclaimer it's still disinformation.
Title, also I'm not sure if this post will even work if the instance is down but I figured it was worth a shot.
