  • anybody has ever claimed that BreadTube was an educational project to further advance the working class' struggles

Even people here did sometimes, some of those people were me (though from an infotainment angle which challenges the ideological hegemony a bit).

  • Snowball Keep. He has achieved world-wide notoriety. The rumored forthcoming Polish extradition for war crimes is the cherry on top. — The Anome (talk) 14:11, 27 September 2023 (UTC)

WP:RUMOR, so far all we have is a tweet from the Polish education minister. cagliost (talk) 01:05, 28 September 2023 (UTC)

  • Sure, but you could also try to learn sign language or to write, as plenty of people do. Verbal communication is nice, but there are options. That said I do understand that if you are sick you might not be able to pursue them yourself.

However if you are as rich as that fuck that isn't an excuse. You only need a window of being okay to assign a couple ten ks to it for support.

  • There is Defence in depth, which means giving up territory for strategic gains and to keep your units intact. It also enables you to create situation that are favorable for you to attack and stretches enemy supply lines.

In terms of the Southern attack into the direction of Crimea defense in depth can't be used too well as the supply line is either north of the sea and thus on land, which is good, or over the bridge and all the way over Crimea which is bad.

So the extreme points are holding completely (which means focusing your troops on that area, which means that other areas are more easy to be contested), or withdrawing after tactical fights to lure the enemy into your formerly held territory. A mixture will happen. When Ukraine is able to push further into the territory a natural response would be to try to create pincer movements with reinforcements to make the forward troops encircled and force withdrawal.

Since all this happens in areas of mine fields (at the front) and artillery barrages both sides are currently focusing plenty forces which is dependent on supply chains. This doesn't mean it is a trench or positional warfare, but only has some elements of it within that area.

  • 2/3 In 1985, Canada initiated an independent investigation and established The Commission of Inquiry on War Criminals in Canada (the Deschênes Commission). None of the members of the Division "Galicia" who had settled in Canada were found guilty of committing war crimes.

I knew they would use the commission which did actively walk back from the Nuremberg decision - based on a ton of evidence - to declare the (Waffen-)SS a criminal organization due to its part in the Holocaust and Shoa.

    https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huta-Pieniacka-Massaker

    To name just two.

The commission was a really fucked up thing, too. It didn't look into Nuremberg archives, didn't acknowledge scholarly work, it didn't ask neither Eastern Europe nor the Soviet Union for information or access to archives.

After the commission ended more empirical scholarly work was done which also strengthened the link between Galicia members (and sometimes even before they joined that unit) to war crimes and worse.

Canada did not even sentence people when there were 6-19 eye witnesses of their participation in the Shoa - without threat to their lives. Don't give a fuck about the commission.

  • He joined in 1941-1943 (one source said with 16, another said the volunteer unit was founded afterwards), there is quite a lot of evidence that Ukrainian volunteer troops in that time did partake in the Shoa, in "anti-partisan" actions and also genocides against polish and others.

Nationalists did try to diminish those facts, or did blame other units.
