In the USA parks are different than reserves or forests. National Parks has the stereotypical park ranger and guides, plus usually lodging and visitor centers and stuff. There are also national forests which probably have some trails and stuff but it's mostly "here's some land, good luck out there". There are also wildlife preserves and stuff.

But ya, there still isn't a huge amount of federal land in the east. I think the federal government got a lot stronger moving out west.

My HP laserjet 1320n is over 20 years old. Every 6-8 months I have something to print and it does it like a champ. I can even print to it from my phone. Idk the last time I put toner on it.
My 5a just shut off while I was using it and wouldn't turn back on one month after warranty period. Google was going to deny a replacement until I bitched that each previous pixel I had had died or became unusable and I was going to move to iphone. They gave me a "one time exception" and sent me a replacement. I traded it for a 7 but if this one dies I'm done.

At least it didn't crack the screen with the bad hinge. I think it happens when the screws get a little loose and the angles shift. I work k-12 edu and have seen hundreds of Chromebooks do this.
I feel like all food is moving to JC Penny sales tactics. In what world is a box of cereal $8 but you can get 4 of those same boxes for $9. Same with soda prices. Every other week they run these sales.
7 is fine, 8 is better imo, 9 is atrocious. If they were able to just make 9 decent the sequels would be acceptable. They really, really needed to have these movies thought out from the start though. You can absolutely tell they have no idea where the story goes from one movie to the next.

I don't understand the long wait list complaint. If I tried to see my Dr I would have to wait months. I routinely hear of people waiting over a year for specialists. In fact, my wife was scheduled to be medically induced for pregnancy due to health reasons and we had to wait day of because they were understaffed! We have to wait and we have to pay!
