The man doesn't want the industry to thrive, he wants money in his own pocket ASAP.
Development, yes. Executives, the sky is the limit.
Especially when you have a great success, like laying off tonnes of your employees, which Embracer has been leading the charge on.
Well, they have tried shutting down most of their studios. So... kinda?
Good point, I was looking at the EFF thinking that was the one on the rise due to the bar graph on the very right. It seems the the colours on the map indicate the current year, but that is not included in the trend bar graph, which is a bit confusing.
I was thinking EFF was probably a far right party on the rise and if other countries are anything to go by M.K is probably an even further right splinter. Although this is South Africa so I would expect quite a bit of right already.
Also, in the table all of the parties have 0 seats so that seems like a pointless column.
Sir, where are the bodies?
With your description of his outfit, I'm imagining one of 2 outfits:
Frat boy look with long sleeved undershirt and afro wig.
Michael Jackson impersonator (but with 2 gloves).
Certainly not from black people, they're too biased.
What a great initiative to whittle away the MAGAs.
Sounds like he is draining the swamp after all.
I also didn't know about it and am glad of this thread for explanation. I'd like to coin the term Trump Fatigue. Seems like its been a decade of constantly awful stuff, so it's easy to miss some events.
But that's how game development works right? The first game is already out there, so you can hire some cheaper and fresher developers to churn out a sequel no problem. The code is already there! Quarterly profits 101.
It's a cool map, but having zero knowledge about SA politics, I have no idea what it really represents.
Where are each of these parties on the left-right scale? Was Nelson Mandela (my only SA political reference point) attached to any? Who ruled during apartheid? I need some context!
Hey, I don't do macros, it's all about nanonutrition these days.
Same here. I don't consume a lot of sugar, but I hate the taste of sweetners. My personal viewpoint is that the law just made a bunch of thing I used to like inedible but didn't change my sugar intake at all.
Overall the law just made everyone consume more sweetners and the companies making the products increase their products. All this back patting is all about profits, not public health.
You're not wrong! I could probably eat 365,000 less calories and still drastically change my body.
So I did a quick number crunch on this: To get to about 75kg of protein per day, let's say you only eat lean turkey and drink protein shakes, you'd need 200kg of turkey and 200L of protein shake.
You could probably make this intake more efficient, but however it goes in, I don't think my body would like me eating 370,000 calories per day.
I was going to say the same thing. I can't imagine the shits that would give you.
It gained traction by being free.
I see there are good numbers on release but I would take them with a pinch of salt. Apparently it had between 500,000 and 700,000 concurrent players on release which is already down to 300,000. Estimates of over 7mil unique players.
Now look at The Finals which has 8mil unique players. It had 250,000 concurrent players on release and is now down to around 15,000 6 months later.
Reviews wise The Finals did better on both critic and public ratings. Arguably (in my opinion) the Finals has a less interesting replayability loop but is more polished and higher quality gameplay wise.
The fact is these numbers are sadly pretty common drop offs for f2p shooters, as a lot of people want to check them out but not stick with them. Will be interesting to see how the player number fare when the next CoD comes out on Game Pass.
I think fantastic is overstating it a bit. It feels like a middle of the road CoD. Kind of a boots on the ground version of one of the hero shooter Black Ops entries with a little roughness to it.
Not bad but not great either. For the price though, it's great value.
I'd rather be slammed than skewered. Though both sound pretty kinky.
