Man to plead guilty in eagle ‘killing spree’ on reservation to sell feathers on black market
  • Again, yikes. Americans coming out in force today. Mental disabilities are not to be made fun of. So unnecessary.

  • Yikes. Thanks for the downvotes and the less than interesting “conversation”. ✌🏼

  • Hunting eagles was very American until about 100 years ago; people thought they carried away farm animals and small children and so treated them like pests.

Your “political commentary” was unnecessary and doesn’t contribute anything to conversation.

  • Sad but true
  • Every country in the world is going to be affected by climate change. Extreme weather causing growing seasons to change or destroying entire crops will be a common occurrence. Where do you think “the west” will be buying food from if no one can produce it?

Fun fact: US Navy seamen refer to their stained mug as “seasoned”, because it starts clean at the beginning of their voyage and doesn’t get washed while they are deployed. • The article seems to focus mainly on “backyard” birds that eat seeds, insects, etc. so predatory birds (like hawks, owls, etc), foxes, snakes, coyotes will probably take a hit. The populations of other things the predators eat will also be stressed since they will be hunted and consumed more frequently when there is less variety.
