Americans have tried to create third parties before, but due to the electoral college and the first past the post voting system, new parties are destined to fail and not win any votes. So the current two party system is the natural state of America.
The only way to change this is to get rid of the electoral college and the FPTP system, like that's ever going to happen.

The perk system was fine imo, but the fact that attributes (except for charisma) did not influence dialogue at all was extremely disappointing.
Roleplay opportunities were traded in for a better gunplay experience. It became an FPS, not an RPG.

That's definitely true as you would want to conserve the wealth that you currently have, which right wing policies usually help with.
Tbf I did try out Linux Mint after using Windows basically my entire life and the only issue I ran into was that setting up the desktop was a bit fucky through the inbuilt UI settings (notably panels freaking out).
Other than that, it was fine.

Twitch culture can vary drastically between streamers, it mostly depends on the moderators and the streamer themselves (almost like any internet forum). And the main appeal is the interactivity between other people usually, whether with the streamer or other viewers.
Haha congrats on being old. As for the origin, 'cap' originates from the twitch emote 'Kappa' which is used in response to someone lying. It got shortened to 'Kap' and got turned into 'cap' when it went mainstream.
I played through the main story and it was pretty fun. It's a nice chill game overall, though it does suffer a bit from feature creep. I just ignored most of the minigames in favour of the actual main gameplay loop.
