The facts could be there, but people have good reason to be reluctant to go looking for them. Kids are dumb. They do stupid things all the time when there’s nobody there to tell them how stupid and dangerous it is. Their brains soak up as much as possible, and when they hit puberty, their brains start sloughing off what it thinks is excess, and suddenly they think it’s a good idea to ride a bike off a waterfall or some shit.

Or parents who exploit their kids for easy, filthy money.

I’m stoked on reverie. I hear it’s more Crossbell 3 than Cold Steel V, and the crossbell arc has been my favorite so far.

I’m at chapter 2 of CSIV, having Reverie and Daybreak 1 to get through, I might be ready for DB2 when it launches.

I didn’t even know there was a desktop app. I’ve been using a safari PWA. Aren’t those sandboxed?

Horizon is like Sony’s test franchise. First Sony franchise on a Nintendo system (lego), the game they bundled with PS5s, the only first party game on VR2 right now (and bundled with that as well), one of the first games on PC, one of the biggest AAA titles to be thrown into the subscription service, and now it apparently had a TV series that just got canned…

Funny thing is that I doubt it actually has the kind of draw that Sony just assumes it does. They’re great games, but I’m not going to pay into new hardware or services just to get more of it.

I got a used one as a university student while living in Japan. I had never played one before, but to this day I think it’s one of the coolest systems ever made.

The controllers feel so good in your hands, although the cord coming out of the bottom is weird. The VMUs are such a perfect 90s thing.

I don’t think I can articulate how annoyed I am that people are being so dismissive toward music composers. Music can make games.

I played the whole game solo. The big boss battles take in a lot of people, but you don’t really need to interact with them. Just watch what they do and do your best to keep up, help out, and not die.

Totally, but maybe we don’t need that year right up at the front, since most readers already know the year. Maybe we can bump just that part to the back to make it a little more readable.
