  • I was pleasantly surprised. I test-ordered something from Otto the day before yesterday. My last order was maybe four years ago. I wasn't forced to use PayPal, but got a bill with a QR code, they delivered via DHL and it arrived yesterday. Very satisfying experience, though I know I was lucky, as it was a marketplace order (and got me a 27% discount). Otto itself owns and therefore uses horrible Hermes.
