Have you tried to change instances? I've tried a couple and didn't had this issue so far.
I mean seriously! I can't really understand why people must have such polarized and toxic reaction over some art performance. I get that this may not be for everyone, but just like the movies series before had mixed reaction, this live action Smurf Musical will find his fan base in time...
