  • Don't worry, they'll make them all suicide drones so it's not technically an army!

Flying precision bombs in private hands, a totally normal thing any business could reasonably expect to need and use for standard business operations.

If the founding fathers didn't want corporations to have suicide drones they would have mentioned it in the constitution /s

  • Sadly, they didn't quite understand the instructions due to translation.

Only Death's cloak can impart invisibility on the wearer.

Wearing a cloak + death at the same time may be close, but ultimately does not have the same result as wearing Death's actual cloak as we can see.

  • "boycotts don't work" lmao

The gaming community is incapable of executing an effective boycott because they cannot go 5 minutes without the thing they like. So they'll pre-order garbage, never learn their lesson, and complain the whole time while paying a premium, instead of exercising restraint and playing something else - like one of their 4,000 unplayed games in their bought library.

  • Yeah, but I assume the entire plane isn't running the original 24 year old parts.

You can install new shit correctly, but if that shit was made by Boeing, then every time shit got replaced it likely got replaced with worse shit.

Eventually all the good Boeing shit gets replaced by okay shit and that gets maintained with mediocre shit.

Eventually some shit breaks and the backup shit is also shit so the shitty redundancies don't actually do shit because Boeing has been non-stop shitting for decades, and then all the shit finally hits the fan and that is currently where Boeing is at.

There's a ton of shit and a lot of fans, so we'll be seeing this same stories play out for a long time

  • They're ensuring their money keeps flowing. This isn't about altruism - it's just their Greed incidentally benefits us.

ISPs are trying to mitigate exposure to lawsuits, prevent costly tracking and tracing responsibilities, and make sure customers can keep paying instead of losing their internet privileges (and their internet bills!)

That peasants like us find this favorable is an unintended bonus.

  • Fair enough, I assumed you gamed on both and stopped for PS5 because they made PSN mandatory and I somehow was unaware.

Can't justify a gaming PC when PS4 pro was pretty cheap and my gaming hours are not what they used to be

I can justify a not so new console every 5 or so years as they hit my value for money sweet spot, and reduced gaming hours due to life

But the upfront cost for a decent rig to replace consoles entirely is not what I want to use my money for (for now!)

Can't wait to finally make the jump though!

  • Damn, if I didn't know any better, the teamsters union hate the idea of being led by a woman.

Unless Kamala has a teamsters specific, anti-union agenda completely unique from Joe Biden I'm not aware of?

I'd love to be proven wrong, but Trump has only gotten worse and Kamala is significantly better than Biden - so what's up??

  • I've always done protein powder first, then add liquid and doing it the other way around sounds like blasphemy.

    Never get any clumps either!

Dry powder on top of a liquid is pure insanity, next you'll tell me you add milk to a bowl of cereal before the cereal

But from there, there is actually much debate about which order of combining is best. Some say that adding dry into wet leads to clumps of dry ingredients floating in the batter, while others say that actually the opposite, adding wet to dry, leads to, well, clumps.

It would appear that the jury is still out, and everyone despises clumps. But one thing is definitely true: It's much harder to successfully add dry ingredients into wet ingredients neatly. That order tends to lead to a giant puff of flour wafting toward the ceiling, and settling all over the counters, while a steady, viscous stream of wet ingredients will instead narrowly ribbon its way down into the bowl containing dry ingredients, and nowhere else.

  • Fuck John McEntee and anyone who had anything to do with project 2025

Insane how we're forced to be distracted with news media focusing on lies about immigrants eating pets instead of hammering Republicans about project 2025.

They are 100% full steam ahead, end running on all fronts relentlessly as we speak.

  • Weird how Ohio is into it, since he's their guy and all.

1/3 of people get forced to eat shit because 1/3 of people want everyone but themselves to have to eat shit because they wrongly think they will never have to eat the shit they are voting to have literally everyone eat.

Worst of all, 1/3 of people like having their head in the sand, being unable to develop an opinion on if being force fed shit is good or bad.

  • Completely depends on the shrooms. Like 100%.

I recommend 1 gram increments every hour if you've never tried the bag before. Once you know how strong they are, you'll know how much you need for the trip you want.

I've taken 3.5 grams and been fully in control with minimal visual and the biggest experience was mild time dilation.

I've taken 2 grams and been unable to use my phone because the screen looks bottomless for several hours, and I'm barely keeping whole thoughts processing.

Blindly advising someone you don't know to munch 7 grams of random shrooms is a terrible idea. You are correct that anxiety meds can blunt shrooms, but even then 7g is a massive dose.

  • Although this story isn't related, I've been trying to get the name JD Vance changed online to "Joy Division Vance" given his views on women.

The future Joy Division Vance sees for American Women

In World War II, Nazi Germany established brothels in the concentration camps (Lagerbordell or Freudenabteilungen "Joy Divisions") to increase productivity among inmates, although these institutions were used mostly by Kapos, "prisoner functionaries" and the criminal element, because regular inmates, penniless and emaciated, were usually too debilitated and wary of exposure to Schutzstaffel (SS) schemes. In the end, the camp brothels did not produce any noticeable increase in the prisoners' productivity levels, but instead, created a market for coupons among the camp VIPs.[1]

The women forced into these brothels came mainly from the women-only Ravensbrück concentration camp,[2] except for Auschwitz, which used its own prisoners.[3] In combination with the German military brothels in World War II, it is estimated that at least 34,140 female inmates were forced into sexual slavery during the Third Reich.[3]

  • Depending on which side of the bridge you're on when the bombs start dropping, maybe no that far.

Getting trapped behind enemy lines because they sunk the bridge doesn't sound fun. Plus those trees provide some cover.

On top of that, there's a good chance of being executed if you leave the group.

  • Just because you can accurately attack someone's integrity in an exposing and indefensible way doesn't mean you'll change anyone's mind who doesn't care.

I'm sure the golden diaper wearing mental health crisis voting bloc is one Trump attack ad away from revelation tho

Kinda silly to expect an "Ah-ha!" moment for more than a small handful of people this late in the game

Elon being creepy to TSwizz probably did more to help Dems than anything Trump could do to negatively affect Republican votes

  • I am pumped to play the Deadspace remake as it's basically just a massive update and 100% original

But I absolutely love the changes they made to RE4. Kept all the charm and loads of tasteful improvements.

If you're not doing a 100% updated remake, definitely use the RE4 model of remaking a game

  • You're confusing rich Republicans who benefit from Trump, and the poor/middle class who get absolutely nothing but racisim and Christianity.

The super wealthy bankroll everything and get all the rewards + power.

But the votes that put him in office are 95% from people who will be hurt by deregulation, crushed by increased taxes (that pay for the racisim and forced Christianity), and want the freedom to openly hate anything they don't like (which they believe was woked away from them).

The idiots who will be crushed by Trump the hardest are his biggest fans.
