I just want them to make it so I can use my password manager, because juggling multiple authentication apps and sms messages etc just makes me less likely to turn on 2fa in the first place.
2-factor would be fine if it didn’t have to involve my phone. It’s such a pain in the ass. Like a second password would be fine, so my password manager could just do both at once.

I actually never thought about it until now. I hope it evens out since people who I like can use it too, and I like far more people than I dislike.
I don’t like it when underprivileged people get the short end of the stick. It sucks.

My point is just that people of all diets currently benefit from perverse subsidies, and it is wrong to think that vegetarians are insulated from the horrors of land misuse and labor exploitation.
I’m all for veganism, but that exact same criticism can be made of fruit. No way any of us could afford strawberries or blueberries etc without exploitation of migrant workers and subsidized water.

I have a setting and characters but no story. And I have stuff that could be part of a story, but I don’t know how to put it together. Like an arranged marriage, and jealousy between someone born to power and someone who fought to earn it. I just don’t know how to make a story that fits all of them in there.
Sure but they get their money the same way the rich do, via capital gains.
I don’t have all the answers, it’s like saying I want candy and not knowing how to make it.
That said, maybe something like a tax on children, free contraceptives, free sterilization, free abortion. Pay people when they reach 45 if they don’t have kids. Robot caregivers for elder care in a decreasing population.
It mentions that the right wants to limit immigration in response, but is that a non sequitor? Like the article doesn’t say anything about the crime being done by immigrants or their descendants. Like is that true? Who knows, the article doesn’t address it.

Sure but all those humans need an insane amount of farmland that dwarfs the amount of land they need for housing. And that’s ignoring meat consumption.
With a huge population, beef consumption is insane and is destroying the world.
With a small population, it isn’t a big deal.
