Remaster or remake? Cuss a remaster of Oblivion is literally just current oblivion with graphic fidelity mods and a community patch kit, like wtf is Bethesda doing anymore? I thought they knew they released broken games to be finished by their community development groups to save cash

Still alternating between Hollywood Animal (holy shit I never knew I needed a gritty 1930s inspired movie tycoon game but this one hits just right), and Blue Prince (an addictive rogue-lite puzzle game that is inspired clearly from the House of Leaves book).

Well it was kinda at gunpoint cuss the gestapo hounded him from his previous publication house after he published 'Music above all' and said a lot of negative stuff about Hitler and Mousilini. Still he became a collaborator and made propaganda cartoons for the pro Nazi occupied Belgian press. He was also previously very much conservative and pro catholic opposition to "socialist atheism", a major fear at the time for Belgian clergy, so overall he'd likely be within the same political spectrum as the dude that made Dilbert.

Oh yeah it aint absolving Catholicism of siding with fascists or propping up governments that keep them in power, but it's interesting how Christianity in America is so much worse and riddled with lots of brainworms.

Americanized Christianity (and what is in Canada as well) was HEAVILY formed by the puritans and other offshoots from England, a hated cult of masochists that believed individual suffering was divine punishment wrought by one's own moral failings and that a community should only be present to punish people that step out of line and not actually work together to survive. It is a religious belief set alien to catholic doctrine that usually leads to radicalized priests wanting material changes but instead is one that is perfectly suited to be nested alongside capitalism as a propaganda piece.

I didn't fully learn about how bad it was till the college town I went to was the sight of a railway massacre of Chinese workers by Irish workers, and it was only a fucking small blurb at their local train museum
