The main issue with this kind of logic is how it flirts with ethnonationalism. Kurds deserve justice but ethnicity and nationality should not be conflated. There are also non-Kurds living in "Kurdistan".

Any calls for a "Kurdistan" should express this very clearly as a multiethnic national liberation struggle and distance itself from ethnonationalism.

It has to depend on the person and where they are coming from. The concept of what is "real" labor and "real" work has no actual definition but it often comes from gendered body-destroying labor stereotypes that are perpetuated by the ruling class and its functionaries as a tool of division - and the false consciousness of the "better-thans" it normally serves.

Is this someone that works a manual labor job and feels stiffed? I'd focus on the boss or financiers being the people picking their pocket.

Few socialists ignore the problem of small membership or our numbers. Nearly all of our strategies are around how to increase membership and to do more with less. The more idealist segments, socialists or socdem, are actually more in line with your line, here. The Democrat tailist strategy, the idea that you do not need principles or hard lines lest they alienate reactionary sentiment and that you grow by being "big tent" all the way up to, say, having no real position on Palestine, celebrating every union action regardless of its content (including anti-war groups applauding war machine machinists and attending their rallies with no plan to join or coopt). A basic understanding of human communication would acknowledge that you must have an actual negative line on key reactionary sentiments and that you will have enemies based on that line. In the US, it takes a pipeline. Few people go straight from dedicated reactionary to communist, but they may take a path via SocDems or othet forms of liberalism.
