Yes, It’s Still Really Worth Avoiding COVID—Even If You’ve Already Had It a Few Times
  • I'm pretty sure that if you knew you would get cancer from someone else who has it at a very high probability of transmission you would avoid it at all times.

This is a very poor comparison. At best it dimishes how bad cancer is and at worst you're also giving terrible advice to people who care about not having their life destroyed by covid.

  • The Biggest Countries in the World in 2100.
  • It's actually much simpler than that. Latino is just someone living in the US that is a descendent of someone from Latin America.

The term might extend to people living in other countries other than the US by now, but the definition is similar.

How TeX.web is versioned since the early 90's (literal text inside)
  • I used to work in a really big project written in C and C++ (and even some asm in there) and the build was non-deterministic. However the funky part was there was a C file in all of this that had a couple dozen of commented nee lines with a line at the top saying: 'don't remove this or the build will fail' That remains my favorite code comment to this day.

  • For those that speak Spanish.
  • That's fair. Personally in the 4 years he was president I was terrified he would come out with something that would force me out of my job and thus out of the country. (and he nearly did, I wasn't allowed to work for 3 months at one point.)
