Aggressive dogs and owner seen frequenting Riverside Park

Guelph Off-Road Bicycling Association and the Guelph Hiking Trail Club raised concerns about safety to their members

Hopefully this guy and his dogs aren't seen around here again. It was only a matter of time until an incident occurred and someone and/or their pet would be hurt
- They behave like attack dogs and he can barely hold onto them. I hope nobody gets hurt.
