US signals that it has expanded policy to allow Ukraine to counterstrike into Russia

What’s Russia going to do? Airstrike Ukraine?

This should not be taken as a challenge to the trickster gods. I just want them to pack up and go home.

This sounds more like a clarification on existing policy, although it is telling they've said it so explicitly.

I do wonder at what point will Russia accept they simply can't win this though? Ukraine is getting more and more advanced weapons systems, and ever increasing quantities of supplies and ammunition, while Russia is running out of everything. What's the end game?
