i think it might be something about players who have bought a necramech with plat trying to use it before they've unlocked full operator capability
- It's the piece that makes the most sense. If you can't transfer you shouldn't be able to pilot a necramech.
Unless I'm mistaken, you can only use a necramech after you complete the new war.
- nope you can use necramech once you have operator and a necramech
