Not shocking, it's Chicago after all. And it was 3 guys, and if it was reporters without security, they probably had valuable equipment to steal.

part of me wonders if this wasn't set up. If they're just doing a quick blurb outside somewhere, then it's kinda unlikely that they'd be an "opportunity" for more than a few minutes.
