Can we not call it "Cass Report"?
- Genuine query - why not?:
  
  "We colloquially call it the “Cass Report” because the lead author was Hilary Cass, a past president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health."
  
  I have to disclose that a friend of mine has that name.
