Now renters will just split the bills, but their building will collapse if they can’t cover the costs.
Now I need a spin-off game where the player is an armed civil servant tasked with evicting (or otherwise removing) the landlords.
Is this game still a mess? I really hope it gets fixed up at some point.

It's really unfortunate KSP 2 turned out the way it did.
I checked about a month ago and the consensus was giant mess.
Yes, but some things have gotten fixed and its better optimized. It's still pretty unoptimized though iirc, and they made really stupid decisions like releasing DLC then delisting it when it got flak a few months ago.
