Poland says neighboring Belarus and its main supporter and ally Russia are behind a recent surge in migrants from Belarus toward the European Union
The reason they say that is that this is exactly what the Russians are doing.
Peaceful migrants who are just "refugees" with 0 records of violence from them
When there's a war at your border, accepting migrants from the aggressor and its only ally in the region is probably not a good idea.
Why can't Russia take care of them if they are going through Russian territory?
Because they are a cheap economic and political weapon like this.
