US Army logistics catalogs are organized this way. "Cookies, oatmeal" instead of "Oatmeal cookies" because it's a lot easier to find what you need an a giant alphabetical list.
Yeah, it’s all well and good to use the standard colloquial terms in something like a menu, but in large scale logistics you want shit like this because otherwise you’re going to go crazy over it
