Honestly it seems to just be the artist's style.
Sounds like she's just having a hissy fit.
The artist himself calls it “guerilla humour” so it is on purpose.
And let’s not forget, the higher up ozzies don’t really like satire at all.This reminds me of that intentionally bad Simpson's art page that went viral on Facebook several years ago (probably a lot longer than it feels like).
Kinda reminds me of that messed up restoration of a painting of Jesus.
Or Mr Bean's attempt at restoring Whistler's Mother lol
