These are aspects of genocide not stages.

For example:

1 Discrimination can start before symbolization

2 The government doesn't need to create specific groups to perform actions

3 Genocide doesn't need to include extermination

I'm seeing several of these as campaign slogans from some American politicians.

I see we're somewhere between 8 and 9 with Gaza, with some 10 sprinkled in.

To my knowledge, with the exeption of number 5, Israel has checked every point of this list.
