  No, there is a very very veeeery tiny chance of them not being unique. But it is so incredibly small, it doesn't matter at all. Unless you f-up the way you generate them, you are fine.

- Easy, you just name them after whatevers distinguish that bee. Like if the bee only can see on four of his five eyes, you naturally call him Foureye.
