It's not disparaging to say "I would not buy this game" :)
That would be the public statement which is detrimental to the reputation of the game
Actually, that would fall under the "or provide subjective negative reviews of the game". Because reviewers are only allowed to have an opinion if it's positive.
Why not both? Twice the breach for price of one statement!
