I hope we don't let this one leave like we did ARM.
- We don't have a good track record of creating the conditions needed for companies to be that massive. ARM probably had no choice but to leave.
  
  Come to think of it I don't think we even have an industrial strategy. Something to look out for in the election manifestos.
  
  I don’t think we have a strategy at all…not beyond make as much wealth travel up as possible, anyway.
