Is Lemmy.one planning to upgrade go 0.19.3?

Hello,

Basically, the question is in the title. Just curious as lemmy.one is the second biggest instance still on 19.2: https://fedidb.org/software/lemmy?version=0.19.2

Are there really only 300 people here? Surely that data is wrong?
- Yeah, that same website says there are 4.8k "new" users here, so it doesn't add up.
  
  The instance has email optional for registration, a lot of those new accounts might be bots.
  
  The fact that there were only two comments on this post indicates more 300 users than 5k
- This is what the sidebar of the instance says too, so I would say it's right
