This isn't world news, this happens very often in China as everything in that country is super corrupt, including building companies and inspectors. Many high speed trains derail, highways collapse, EV's catch fire, buildings collapse, etc. It's daily business. Sadly, as it costs many lives.
Climate change is very clear at this point, didn't part of the Yangtze river go completely dry at one point a year or so ago? As in, people walking across the dirt at the bottom?
