A new measure attempts to force the Senate’s hand on passing legislation to ban TikTok or mandate the app’s sale.
It looks like they may make it more difficult to vacate the Speaker as well.

How do you even enforce this
By displaying a new power to regulate the internet that they have sworn was impossible in the past: punishing ISPs for customers' breaking of the law.
ban tiktok to serve US IPs and if they still do, fine them.
or have providers block tiktok IPs, but then you can't fine tiktok, which makes the government sad.
of course there will be ways around, but most people won't bother and just waste their time differently
That and force google and apple to remove them from the US play and app store
