The big question: Would climate engineering like sending reflective particles into the stratosphere or brightening clouds help reduce the national security risks of climate change or make them worse?

Sad that's it's come to this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some countries try it.
- If they do it, they better expect retailation from neighbouring countries should their agricultural systems be impacted by that. We don't know the full consequences of this, but if a state does it it's a rogue state to me, one that should face some ripercussion for that.
  
  and the industrialized world, who have been Geo-engineering for the past 100+ years... what repercussions do we face as the poorest nations face the very worst of our global heating mess?
